Biography
Esther Oyetoro is an associate in Shields Legal’s Banking & Finance practice group, where she advises agent banks, syndicate banks, financial institutions, private equity funds, and corporate borrowers on a broad spectrum of financial transactions. She excels at projects that align with her clients’ strategic objectives, and she enjoys navigating complex deals that drive meaningful outcomes.
Esther provides comprehensive counsel on corporate law and transactional matters, representing clients in mergers, acquisitions, business sales, and reorganizations. Her ability to build strong client relationships and gain deep insight into their industries enables her to deliver effective support across entity formation, contract negotiation, compliance, due diligence, and financing.
In addition, Esther brings valuable experience in corporate and international tax advisory. Her strong command of tax law, combined with sharp business acumen, allows her to guide clients through intricate legal and financial challenges with confidence and clarity.
