Before joining Shields Legal, Rama practiced at leading international law firms, where he advised major financial institutions on a broad range of financial and corporate matters. His experience encompasses securities regulations, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance for emerging financial technologies, including cryptocurrency. Additionally, Rama has represented creditors in high-profile Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, real estate transactions, and corporate restructurings, helping clients protect their interests in distressed situations.
