• Assisted a private lender regarding a $9.75MM construction loan and a $3MM mezzanine loan provided to finance a hotel project that also incorporated a city grant and PACE financing
• Assisted a private lender regarding $10MM construction loan and a $3.75MM mezzanine loan provided to finance a hotel project that also incorporated PACE financing
• Assisted a lender regarding a $2.5MM revolving line of credit and a $3MM credit facility provided to an aerospace company
• Assisted a rapidly expanding title company with preparation of multiple private placement memoranda and subscription agreements to support company growth and investment offerings
• Assisted various companies in the sale of their businesses, including:
  – A company operating multiple franchised health and fitness locations
  – A company operating a franchised dry-cleaning business
  – A company operating a multi-state bookkeeping business
• Assisted various companies in the acquisition of businesses, including:
